Valid8’s Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) test solutions enable simulation, load and conformance testing of network devices. Example of TSN networks include automotive (infotainment, ADAS, Diagnostics over IP (DoIP) ), telecom fronthaul or industrial automation (OPC UA over TSN) environments. Time is critical in TSN networks and therefore for real-time communication with precise time boundaries for end-to-end latencies, all devices need to be synchronized with a common time reference. GPRS Tunnelling Protocol (GTP) is an IP -based protocol that carries session information between nodes within a Mobile network. GTP consists of three separate sub-protocols, GTP-C, GTP-U and GTP'. GTP-C is used between SGSN and GGSN in 3G and between SGW and PGW in 4G to create, modify and delete sessions or PDP contexts.
