The Valid8 IoT Device Tester – Pro is a high-capacity platform designed for advanced development, integration, andlarge-scale validation of cellular IoT solutions in both 4G and 5G environments.

Built on the M1 hardware, the system combines powerful hardware with the Valid8 protocol engine to emulate realistic signalling procedures, session handling,mobility behaviour, and network interaction. With two RF 2x2 MIMO cards, it provides the radio connectivity needed to perform realistic lab-based validation of devices and networkfunctions.

With licenses for 256 simultaneous 4G UEs and 256 simultaneous 5G UEs, thePro configuration enables large-scale multi-device emulation. This allows engineering teams to validate network access procedures, session establishment,traffic handling, and service behaviour under high device density and realisticload conditions.

The integrated IoT test harness supports automated and repeatable testexecution, while the IoT device emulator reproduces realistic device behaviour such as registration, data exchange, andservice interaction. Together with the IoT functional test suite, teams can quickly verify core functionality,run regression tests, and identify issues early in the development cycle.

A key strength of the IoT Device Tester – Pro is the included IoT conformance test suite. This enables structured validation of protocol compliance against relevant 4G and 5G IoT specifications.
