Valid8 Recognizes Dispatchers During National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week

Valid8.com is celebrating National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, April 12-18.

The week honors the more than 200,000 men and women throughout the United States who respond to emergency calls, dispatch emergency professionals and equipment, and render life-saving assistance to citizens.

Along with other front line workers responding to the global coronavirus pandemic, emergency dispatchers play a critical response role. They are an unseen, but vital part of public safety throughout the world, keeping first responders and citizens safe day or night.

Valid8’s works closely with the technologies vital to dispatchers’ success. Our testing systems help ensure interoperability and communication between dispatchers and first responders at times of crisis. While many of us are staying home and/or teleworking, public safety telecommunicators and first responders are going to work, putting the community first.

Valid8 participates with the P25 Technology Interest Group, APCO International and other public safety organizations and our MCX Load Tester helps ensure networks can handle the load in times of crisis and emergency communications can happen.

Thank you, again, to all public safety telecommunicators, first responders and health care workers for all the sacrifices you make to create a better and safer world for the public. Your commitment to your profession is appreciated by all of APCO International, the public safety communications community, and the citizens you serve.
