Valid8 Challenges Local Students at STEAM Night

The event has been rescheduled until Oct. 15, 2020.

Valid8 is excited to once again participate in Wakefield Public Schools' STEAM night at the Galvin Middle School. "The fair partners high school students and STEAM professionals to offer a variety of hands-on STEAM activities for Wakefield students and their families."

Last year, as part of their exhibition, Valid8 offered students different technical challenges related to LTE/4G, SIP and Encoding. The challenges gave students the opportunity to learn more about Valid8 while applying STEAM skills.

As highlighted by the US Department of Education, "it's more important than ever that our nation's youth are prepared to bring knowledge and skills to solve problems, make sense of information, and know how to gather and evaluate evidence to make decisions." These are the types of skills that students develop in science, technology, engineering, art and math disciplines.
