Valid8 CEO to Speak at IWCE 2019

This week industry experts will gather in Las Vegas for the IWCE 2019 and IWCE’s Network Infrastructure forum. This event is the critical communications technology event of the year and includes over 400 exhibitors and 7,000 industry experts.

Ian Carpenter, CEO of Valid8 will speak on a panel Thursday, March 7 titled, P25 CAP Testing of ISSI/CSSI Equipment.  

During the session, Carpenter, along with other panelists, will discuss the results of recent lab and field tests that the DHS S&T invested in. Attendees to the session will learn about how the DHS S&T has assisted with the development of a Conformance test laboratory, a test tool capable of automated testing, and has funded the execution of ISSI/CSSI conformance testing to fill the current gap in ISSI/CSSI testing. DHS S&T will also share next steps for ISSI/CSSI testing as well as more broadly what the priorities are for the P25 CAP moving forward.

Be sure to attend the session on Thursday, March 7, from 3:45pm to 5:00pm in room N26. It will be an opportunity to learn more about these critical subsystems and how using testing tools are helping to resolve interoperability issues in the field.
