Adding New Messages:

• Customers may have new or proprietary message types that need to be simulated. Our solution enables messages to be added rapidly.

Adding New Message Parameters:

• Adding new or proprietary IEs, headers, parameters. Our solution includes user-defined fields for most protocols and also enables additional parameters to be added rapidly.

Adding new protocols:

• Proof-of-concept or R&D groups may need to similate entirely new or modified protocols. Our solution enables such protocols to be implemented on request.

Updated specifications / RFCs etc:

• Our protocol stacks are kept up-to-date as standards change. In some cases customers need changes to be made available in the test tool prior to the specifications being fully approved. Our solution allows such changes to be made rapidly available on demand.

As much as possible such changes and customizations are covered within standard support and maintenance. For larger changes and new protocols etc, development services would be required.
